Abhyanga

Oiling of the skin - Abhyanga - has always been a highly regarded form of Ayurveda, even from ancient times. Through the oil massage, the body becomes firm, supple and better able to withstand motion and strain. The skin feels more pleasant, is smoother and has a healthy complexion.
Prãna

Touch, especially in the form of massage, represents an important approach to treatment in the Ayurvedic mindset. The sense of touch is utilized to introduce Prãna energy and love into the body. A massage with warm oils can help to relax the spine and joints.
Chandana Treatment - FORM OF LIFE

Facial treatment following Ayurvedic guidelines. It starts with warm oils poured on the forehead, followed by a head massage to promote blood circulation in the scalp. During a gloriously relaxing facial and décolleté massage, your overall sense of wellbeing is enhanced. (incl. peel and masque)
After treatment, the oil should be allowed to stay in your hair for 1-2 hours in order to achieve full benefit.
